Save deleted + impossible to get experimental weapons and armor

Platform: PC

Description: After I used Geforce NOW, my saves disapeared, after that, I start a new gameplay, reached level 26 and after killing a few lv4 rivals, I figured that I couldn’t get any Experimental Weapons or armor

Steps To Reproduce:For the first problem, I just played with Geforce Now, the second I have no idea

Players in your game: none

Specifications: I use a RX7700XT, and the other I don’t know how to call them so I have pictures, but Generation zero works really great on it. :

After last update n hotfix, dev added new resources into loots pool while you still get about exact the same quantity/value of drops, which mean exp weapon drop rate is at least cut halve in my feeling. If you can get 3 exp out of 4 rivals in the past, now it’s very common case you get 2/4 n 1/4, n i’m not surprise even if you get a 0/4 miserable event😓
