I’m running: windows 8.1 64 BIT
With NVIDIA 770 graphics card
16 GB RAM
I recently updated my graphics card drivers and my save files are gone.
I’ve checked the documents/Avalanche Studios/GenZero/Saves and all my saves have rebooted to start. None of my other saves from other games were affected.
Is there a way to recover?
No way they didn’t fix save issue? 
In which location saves are?
They are located here: %USERPROFILE%\Documents\Avalanche Studios\GenerationZero\Saves\user-id
I’ve been playing video games since 93~, I’ve never had a game that dumped the save files after a video card update. I’ve seen file corruption, but not an outright dump of everything.
I recommend backing up your files since steam backup didn’t help…at least not in my case
I would require a refund if my 500 hours long save would be broken
