Savefile makes the whole game laggy

I have a issue with my savefile, i have not gotten a promt for a corrupted savefile, and i can still use the savefile but main menu and ingame gets unplayable due to massive lagg, ive tried to make a new save and that works perfect, no lagg at all, but when i change back to the main one everything goes laggy again, it would be a shame to lose all my progress and have to start all over again

Platform: : PC

Description: Game is super laggy, unable to play at all, issue goes away if i make a new savefile.

Steps To Reproduce: just doing the events and quests

Host or Client: Multiplayer

Players in your game: we are 2 who play together, the other player has no issues

Specifications:
OS : Windows 10
CPU : Ryzen 7 3700x
RAM : 32 GB
GPU : AMD RX 6700 XT
DRIVER : 22.11.2

Maybe they can find the fault.

Edit: Did you use any mods at any time? With using unofficial mods you may have destroyed your savegame. There is no support for mods or files that got corrupted by them.
