I got this bug while playing on pc through the xbox app
The game isn’t recognizing the fact that I have the three star bulletproof schematic. I got the schematic through destroying one of the fnix bases.

You need to craft 1* first. 2*, then 3*… 4* and finally 5*

It’s literally not available for crafting i already have level two applied to my boots

Damn… The white label suggest that it’s the one available for crafting, but I checked in my game and it’s just like in your screenshots - I can only craft 1*, even if it had some buffs already.
Crafting from 1* to 5* worked normally so try doing that.
Oh, and check if you have that schematic in your inventory. If it’s there then drop it and pick up again.
