The game is honestly VERY realistic and enjoyable. One thing you could add though is for the game to use the console’s clock for seasons. Say it’s spring in real life and the game uses the console’s clock to anticipate that. Also try to have wind and weather levels. Throughout playing the game I feel like this could be a very important ting in the game. For the weather too try to have different levels to it like a snowstorm is happening and it can either be strong (Like where you can only see 5 feet ahead of you) and a calm one where snow is just floating down.
