Semla not spawning

Platform: PC

Description: Currently the Semla is supposed to spawn in a variety of locations (verified from various streams, including previous dev livestream). However, while playing as the host and in a number of other cases, it does not spawn as expected. Connecting as a client it seems to spawn more reliably for some accounts, but it still is not a guarantee. The plates on which the Semla is supposed to appear show correctly, but the item itself does not. In my personal testing, I found the following:

Playing as the host and single-player, the Semla was missing in all cases except one. In only one case did it spawn as expected for one character, which was after a number of “exit-to-menu” and resumes. However, this could not be replicated again later on to this date.

Playing as both the host and a client (using two Steam accounts, each owning a copy of the game and all DLC): The client could almost always see the Semla, but the host still could not see them, like in host-only games. This was fairly consistent in all tests, where each Steam account were used multiple times both as host and client. In only one case did neither see any Semla.

Playing as host and client, with also a Steam friend present in the game (always client): The host account (mine) would never see the Semla, while one client account (also mine) always would (during testing). However, the other client account (friends Steam account) would also never see the Semla.

Playing as host with only one Steam friend connected: In almost no cases did my friend find any Semla. (See above) Only once, today on March 13th 2021, did they find one.

Steps To Reproduce: Simply try different accounts and connect as both host / client. I have seen various streamers playing both solo and together with someone else both find them, as well as not. Even though I found I could reliably find the Semla on a client account but not as host, it does not appear to be universally true or a sure-fire way to reproduce the issue.
