Ah, another day with "AMD! Yes! ". please check your graphic settings to check which graphic card you are using, probably you are running the game with your core GPU.
Your system spec dump doesn’t say if you have a dedicated GPU on your system or not. If you don’t, then I can pretty much guarantee you that the integrated graphics on your APU won’t be able to run GZ.
If you do have a dedicated GPU, chances are your game is trying to run on the integrated graphics instead of dedicated as @Hentai_in_action said. More information would be helpful for us to help diagnose your issue.
