Why comes not more the sound when i win at shooting robots?
What is your skill level ? Beyond level 31 there are no more XP and no more sounds…

Hmm… oookay… 
Maybe a restart might help ? Some of the sounds are a bit… let’s say “special” sometimes…
Check your settings you might have turn it off accidentally.
not realy, my sounds on 80 all
