Just something I was thinking while aiming down sights using the sniper 
Could be easy to put in on all scopes

Holding L3 is sprint and R3 is flashlight. I have not tried holding R3.
I read in other posts that you can hold X, but it has never worked for me.
Well, not when aiming down sights. Tried it now and it’s L3. The stamina bar builds up as you hold your breathe.

How useful is it?
Does it make hipfire more accurate?
I think it only works when aiming through a scope or down sights. I almost never use it…

This is already an ingame feature, and has been for quite some time. Hold Breath is customisable from the controls menu. On PC I have it set to Alt. It works with most weapons, when aiming down sights it makes single shots more accurate.
I’ll move this thread to #general-discussion, in case anyone wants to discuss it further.
Combat left specialization: Marksman (zero weapon sway).
I don’t have enough words to describe the monumental difference this specialization made. I’ve been seriously considering a new game with this as my 2nd skill. First one being able to get more ammo from ammo boxes.
