Can we gat a Toggle so Stealth Icon will stay when crouched.
I forget easy if im in stealth and hit B to find out i was in stealth but now all machines I didnt know where are after me.

I have this problem often. Its annoying but I think the devs should focus on the bugs first, as that is a bigger problem

Sir, normally one can just see it looking at the ground?
The height between ground and you is higher when standing, lower when crouched.

Also, there is no «stealth icon» in the game. It’s a detection meter, and it counts both when standing, crouching and going prone. Crouching does not mean going into «stealth mode», like in some other games.

Oddly though, it seems machines have less chance to pick you up when crouched.
At least, I seem to notice some difference.
COULD be my mind is playing tricks on me, OR that it is purely coincidental…

Can’t speak about prone though, I find prone to be quite a suicidal thing to do!!!
Yes, crouching works. It makes you harder to see for the machines.
If you see your detection meter slowly rising, crouch, and the meter will often decrease again.
However, crouching is not the same as being “in stealth” as the OP called it.
Crouching is just crouching. Makes you harder to see and better to shoot.

Besides seeing yourself at lower plane, you can also move to see if you’re moving faster (standing) or moving slower (crouching).
