What?
I would suggest implementing a Storage Chest that is Accessible in Safe houses once unlocked.
The Storage chest could be Linked to all other unlocked safe houses.
(you could also implement a Team Storage box)
Why?
i believe this would aid in immersion! you could go out into the world and Scavenge for specific gear and ammo! you could select what each person in the team needs to carry. and you could store unused guns and ammo for later use.
How?
Add a Secondary Inventory “Backpack” asset for Each player that is only able to be opened in Safe houses
