Stuck at level 31

My character is stuck at level 31. The level does not reset or populate any more.
Playing on Windows 10, I9900k, 32 gb, gtx 1080
Playing solo

I have the same problem as well no matter what foes I kill no more XP or level up
Playing on Pc
windows 10
8 core AMD
2 TB HD
gtx 1070 with 6gb cache
playing solo

The answer is right there. You’ve hit the level cap, which is 31.
