Suggestion for the way bases and rivals work

i cant do the building blocks due to i claimed the control point before i recived the quest the enemies dont make bases they just pump out rivals so i cant progress my suggestion for the way bases and rivals work

once you get 1000 threat points it should spawn a base in the zone if you beat the base it would spawn a rival

if you dont destroy the base and you get 1000 more points it would spawn another base

if you destroy the rival you would get a reaper point once you gain 10 reaper points a reaper would spawn in that zone once reaper is beaten the threat level and threat points would drop to 0

due to enemies pumping out rivals rather than making a base i cant progress in farmlands i have found 7 base locations even though it says 0/6

i would like to progress with quest but cant due to they dont make bases only rivals thats why i came up with this suggestion

To clear the confusion that seems to have arose with the new Mission. If you already did Good News, the old Base Build unlock mission, then Building Blocks is there just for the sake of being there and can be fully ignored permeantly, or until they fix it in whatever update they plan a fix for it on older save files. I feel this was also mentioned in the Feb 2023 update patch notes tbh.

The 0/6 bases is for the amount you own, not the amount of Neutral Positions in that region as you could see with the Forest Region, the Original base building region, has 0/4 for example whilst having 8 base building locations, there is just a limit for each region that has the Building areas.

Onto the suggestion, imo this would not work well due to new players and not knowing about how the rivals work later in the game. Most of the time they kill the rivals earlier so they would spawn a reaper on accident as a result of the suggested change, leading to more complaints about the game. Tho this is a decent suggestion on a needed change with this system. But Reapers should remain with the current limit since it works well for them.

As for the suggested FNIX Base Spawn change, that also shouldnt change in that degree since, yet again, new players will be spawning a lot of stuff they have no knowledge off at all and wasting all resources if they attack them to more likely complain somewhere they wasted all their stuff on something that gets little explanation, thank god this is locked behind Building Blocks. But i do agree a change is quite needed for either Rivals system or FNIX Base System, including some fixing on the FNIX Base System since they are very buggy.

I don’t want rivals to be dependent on bases. Attacking bases is the worst part of the game for me. Plus, what about regions without bases? Nowadays, everyone can focus on either rivals or bases or both.

im still locked out of building blocks the updates only reset the quest to go back to the bunker in starter region forgot the name arciplago or something like that i still cant finnish the building blocks due to no bases spawn cant destroy the wooden thing that you claim so cant progress can you please patch the mision i already did base building with the mountain when the base building gear first dropped at tyloveden ontrol point resistance base cords 2642.268 / -2303.360 forest region but due to building blocks i cant start the base defence there no matter how high i gt my threat level it says to low
