Survivor's Note #9 not showing in inventory after pickup (PS4)

Playing ps4, nearly 90 hours in after picking it up in the ps plus offering earlier.

However the first new collectible I’ve picked up after the new update , survivor note#9 , is now not showing in my inventory. Can confirm I definitely picked it up with the associated pop ups. Is this a bug? Bit nervous to keep getting gnomes and mixtapes if they disappear for me.z

Sorry poor choice of words in the initial text . Missing from the collectibles log. Have got about 80% of the various collectibles across the base game and dlcs so well aware of where it should be
