So, I don’t have a picture of the actual spot, seeing as I always manage to fall through it before I find the exact spot but right here on the map is one that bugs the whole map aside from safe houses out.

Did believe this one should be reported and fixed already but apparently not.
“The body in the wall” I’ve called it from the release of Himfjäll.
It’s a dead man hidden in the wall left side of the port upturn.

This hole could be spotted beforehand, since the rock in the image below sort of “morphs around” when you move closer to it. Seen those type of rocks/terrain glitches in quite a few places. And when you get really close, you can move into it and see through the world.

I found a world-hole 
Also, the easternmost barn at my location (behind me) has a odd line thru the middle of the interior (running east/west) , seems like light is shining down in a line that aligns perfectly with the floorboards, where the boards end and the next one starts.
It makes me think that the barn is actually two halves that arent exactly flush against each other.
