Just a quick post, might have been already posted. If so ignore or delete, its all good.
It would be nice to have a way to ‘‘lock weapons or items’’ This way if distracted you wont sell your 2 EXPERIMENTAL weapons out of distraction, leaving the controller and the little cousin wants to mess up my entire life ( pretty sure he knew what he was doing, but he can’t tie his own shoes. So that’s pure evil right there little S**T)

I AGREE. Just recycled my experiment .50 cal sniper not because I want too. And this is not the first time, clicked on an other gun and the sniper was recycled instead this has got to do with the image of the displayed weapon lagging behind.
This would be useful got I got to wait till an other turns up. 
It would be a nice thing, but the chance that this is coming to the game is zero.
It is best that you slow down your actions when recycling. Really look what you are doing. When you doing things too fast, it is easy to make selection mistakes.
And if you are on Steam/PC you can make regular backups of your saves, that way you can revert to an earlier savefile, if something like this happens.
