Fast traveled to bunker before friend had mission and couldn’t turn on power. When we returned for the mission still couldn’t turn on power.

Went to Vesslan bunker before friend had mission to get the assault rifle for them and couldn’t turn on the power to open the command room. We went back after they got the mission and went in normally and neither of us can turn on the power. The button works but it does nothing.
