The Sign "E" when i will pick was up is not ever on the Package

The “E” sign always appears very briefly on a “PARTICULAR” place of the thing you want to pick up, before the update it was “ALWAYS” as long as the mouse was on the part you want to record

Noticed same, yellow highlight appears, but “E” action is missing. And you have to move around, aim around try to get interaction “E” to appear. Mostly on killed robots, not on fixed loot boxes.

Try pressing “Use” on the midsection of killed Hunters, that seems to work for me.

The Radius is to small, only on the midsection? Was not before! The whole dead Body was helpful!
