Is there anything in offtopic with absolutely no relation to the game?
I’m not sure I understand the question; the Off-Topic section is for anything not related to Generation Zero. If people post GZ-related stuff here it either gets moved to the appropriate forum section, or deleted.
Edit: It does look like some cleaning-up is needed.
