Took a dive at Kyrkhöjden and Österviks Industriområde

Walked out of the Church and ran for the Industrial area. And got jumped by the “Fab Five” Hunters and then i went through the ground and flew blind.

Restarted the game and the same thing. but at the Church this time. Restarted the Console and it went away. Have NEVER had any issues before no matter what number of the patch.

This happened on the last one 1.14 and on PS4 / PS4 PRO

Sounds like the falling through ground glitch. It’s on the list already.
