Trader/ bounties. (Replayability)

Recently came back to gz and the game has made huge progress. Unfortunately it didnt take long before I started finding the gameplay and the awesome (but after story) seemingly meaningless combat a bit stale.

Seeing the raids in the survey quickly gave me an idea how to add huge replayability to the game even after completion.

The main part is having random bounty mission that change and refresh over time. These could be anything from wave defence or enemy stronghold clearence to assassinating a specific bot or even looting a certain crate for something in an enemy base.

These bounties could be given by an npc or even a trader and give out credits as a reward for completion. This could then be spent at the trader for supplies or even potentially some more special and unique goodies.

The main purpose of this idea was replayability so lets hear your ideas for bounty missions that can change location between strongholds/ villages or even be totally random like a patrol.

I think there should be repeatable missions, especially disrupting the refueling stations that are bound to be somewhere and that are rebuilt elsewhere when one is found and destroyed.
Perhaps even hitting a convoy moving ammo&fuel.

After all; this type of mission already exists, even tho it doesnt repeats, there’s multiple refueling stations.
Also, this is the swedish military(at least part of it), they operate by guerilla tactics, swiftly regrouping and setting up new sites on-the-fly is kind of their go-to-solution, instead of reclaiming captured sites.

Repeatable missions would give the game more replayability, i hope the devs implement this in some way later.

Feel free to post any ideas for missions here if you get any, see if we can get their attention

Love the convoy idea. Anything where the devs would be able to make it with whats already available to them and there’s plenty of options to mix up how hard it would be.

Wave defense would burn through more ammo than the rewards could justify. But, convoys, assassination, and looting all have potential.

Depending on where the game is going, setting up or resupplying safe houses that are then populated by Resistance members, until the machines wipe them out, could have some potential. Which might lead into the wave defense idea, where you can go and participate for rewards. Combine that with a vendor system based on which camps are held, could have some real depth.

I’d worry that the entire system could degenerate into busywork, but it’s not a bad idea.

A cool mission would be to take out a pack of hunters without them seeing you.
