Unable to start wrench in the works

Anyone help me on how to start wrench in the works mission?
From what i read through various articles and videos it supposed to be started automatically after completion of refueling and old guard mission, which i already did., but i haven’t got this mission.

Am i missing anything here?

few other topics on this subject. apparently a new bug. I too have noticed this, so while I’m waiting for a fix I just run around and kill whatever machine I find :smiley:
