In short, make it possible for us to use the emots wheel the same way as we can use the weapons wheel:
From the inventory we should be able to place any item or weapon on either wheel.
This would enabled us to access more out of the inventory without having to open up the inventory during tense situations.
Possible renaming them to wheel 1/2 or left/right
