Use player markers through Binoculars instead of having to Map marking

Feel this is an easy feature to add, we need to be able to mark where we want our teamates to look towards. Being able to do that through the binoculars would be very helpful. Sometimes using the map isn’t always accurate when trying to mark an enemy.
