Want to add a G79 HE Grenade to my inventory (*the wheel), but there’s no possible solution to do this (only ‘drop item’), it seems. I need this because of a small mission.
The G79 HE Grenade is used in the G79 Grenade Launcher, as the G79 suggests.

Yes. G79 HE grenades are the ammo for the G79 grenadelauncher from one of the US weapon pack dlcs.
You probably need a handgrenade.
