Uttern Bunker and Flying Blind glitched out [PC]

Steps To Reproduce:
Uttern Bunker - Continually killed enemies and collected barcodes in the area until no more was supplied. Am able to enter the bunker while the missions till says to collect all barcodes but when going for the button in the main power room the power audio occurs, but then the audio plays the power down audio too, and nothing is unlocked and still left dark

Flying Blind - Followed mission guides and markers till I opened the locked gas room. The mission now constantly says to access the inner weapon storage, picked up the captains note too and accessed each of the concrete weapons storage containers within the gas room.

Im having the same problems with uttern bunker !

Any help will be appreciated.

I have also killed everything in the area , same sound sequence as above too !

I have also compleatly shut down my game , rebooted my machine , exited to main menu , did everything i could think off but the power will not stay on in uttern bunker !
