Steps To Reproduce: Somehow i collected the barcodes, got scanned and entered Uttern bunker. Tho i do not get mission update, so i have access to Uttern but i cannot do anything since my missionlog is stuck on “collect enough barcodes bla bla”
And by that i cant proceed with missions.

Ps4 Exact same problem , Uttern is broke for some of us , and i think it might be because of joining others and then solo and then others and so on , mission progress is then broken . - thats my thought on this . Many have reported this , and console users are still waiting on patch that pc user’s have now . So maybe pc peeps will get a Fix this week when consoles get a Fix , cheers 
Exactly my problem !
Since I didn’t report it right before…
I play on Xbox One X and this is the exact same thing that happens to me. Both before the most recent patch and after as well…
I’m so glad it’s not a main story mission… Oh wait yeah it is.
I deleted my savefile and started over, so now i have done all missions and on top of that have my weapons of choice in gold with almost all addons in gold aswell.
So i guess ill be playing other games until a update with new broken missions come out
I started new save battered first island then st8 to Uttern done deal
