Vanity Pack DLC doesn't load if exe launched vs steam link

How do you get the 3d glasses?

What’s weird is the DLC for the vanity pack didn’t work when I was launching the .exe directly vs launching the game from steam. I kept getting an error that the game must be launched from steam but it never clued me into that the vanity dlc ( which I didn’t know existed until now ) would not load as the Alpine Unrest DLC loaded.

Seems if you load the game directly vs thru steam the Vanity pack dlc won’t load even though the Alpine Unrest DLC loads.

Simply launching the game via steam seemed to fix it.
