Either you’re joking or you’re meaning a companion station.
Second would be a really good thing… Crafting and applying armor or changing the companions configuration on the go would be nice.
An apparel crafting station wouldn’t make much sense. Maybe they left the space open because they have something to add, but didn’t finish it in time.

why do you need a vehicle station on a vehicle?
a good vehicle for roads but not off-road well, if you need to switch to off-road vehicle, up the mountains etc
