We got motorcycles, now we need cars

One thing I miss is that my partner can’t jump on the motorbike so I’d drive and she would shoot.

I see that’s the main reason for people wanting cars, but IMHO what would make sense is a buggy made of scrap (like the one in Half Life 2) with 2-4 seats and a motorbike engine so the speed would be in a range of an A-traktor (~ 50kmph).

cars could work all they need to do is use the cars that you loot no new models

Yes.
The two cars we already have in the game.
One for two players and one for four players.

They should be faster in total than the moped, maybe even as fast as the second fastest dlc-motorbike, but with slow acceleration, so that you need long and straight roads to get full speed.
Every obstacle and every small turn slows them down and on gras and dirt they become almost as slow as a bicycle.

Cars need to be refueled and repaired, too.

In general they should just be an option for travelling together with your team.

Everything else, like shooting abilities for passengers or storage, should be optional for the devs. A not necessary “maybe feature”.

Not more, not less.
