Weapon Reload Sound Effects Have Disappeared

Hello,
Since the last patch in November 2020, some sound effects have disappeared, the most noticeable being the weapon reloading sound effects. I relaunched the game, deleted the Mod I am using but nothing helps.
I then proceeded to verify the integrity of the files on Steam, reinstalled the game but without success.
The game is installed on Windows 7 and I encounter the problem indifferently when I use headphones or speakers.
A bug during the update? A solution? Thank you for your help.

Using mods is against the EULA. Are you using any other mods, or are they all gone? Have you attempted a full reinstall?

Hello,
I have finally just solved the problem which had nothing to do with the game. It was a problem with setting up the sound card in 5.1 mode. I realized this because by switching to stereo mode everything was back to normal. I will finally dive back into this game that I love!
