just downloaded the update and dlc loaded the wheel and all it well let use is the binoculars i can’t get to anything else the game is unplayable at this point i’m on ps4 thank you

You have to choose the weapons and items and put them in a slot at your choosing, then use the RI and left analog stick.
If still does not work its something else.

I thought that was obvious, but this type of confusion is exactly why games need playtesting and someone in the team assigned to UX. That person also need to be listened to by the Product Owner.
