Weird teleport/shift glitch

**Platform:**PC

**Description:**Whenever I enter a certain small area. I am teleported/moved over a couple feet over a cliff.

**Steps To Reproduce:**Go into area pointed out in video and watch.

I went there, and the anomaly sent me off the cliff as well.
The grass and a small rock are floating on that small hill…
