In my opinion, the Eastern European pack, and the heavy weapons pack are the two best. Both of the tactical equipment packs are great too. Not sure how much money you wanna spend, but if you wanted to buy, say, two packs, I would go for the Eastern European pack and the tactical equipment pack 1.

What you like best and what not.
For base defenses the base support dlc is good.
The eastern european weapons DLC in my eyes is just good for the pm71, in my eyes the best LMG.
The 2nd tactical equipment pack offers the homing turrets, hacking Darts, RC ticks, sensory jammers…
Oh and the flakmoped vehicle DLC gives you a vehicle with a recycling station, a plundra and a crafting station on board, which can be a great support.
The question is: what are you willing to pay and IS there even an offer for a multi-dlc-pack?

I really like the vehicle packs, and I got the heavy weapons pack but find myself never using it…
i use the minigun quite much and the shotty with fast reloading is awesome,have yet to try the grenadelauncher with an oversized mag augment, basically; the only one i don’t use is the iron condor
