Has anyone found this grenade not sure what it does has a cross on the top never seen this is it new

It is the Holy Handgrenade of Antioch! Thou shalt pull the pin and then count to three, no more, no less. To three thou shall count and three is the number thou shall count to. Not two, not four, and five is completely off the chart.
