You’r right, Stentorpet is the location next to it for the Resistance/Fnix base.
Think it was with the Resistance update it got a refresh that removed and changed things.
Before it was staged as possible mass suicide scene and I don’t think there was any other references of any sort to Västra Mark?
Here an example of the “Hidden” or “Easier to miss” type. Especially at night time. This military soldier is probably part of the tank platoon a bit further up. He was wounded and made it to the broken trees and died there, alone.
This cop is a hidden one, inside one of the cabins at Kopparviken, Himfjäll.
You need to peek through the outside(?) barricaded window to discover the body.
So how did it end up inside the cabin?

I’ve always found the case of the knife guy at Överby Air Base F23 a curious one. It looks like he was hiding in the pile of leaves and a jump scare went wrong, or he simply died while waiting for someone to walk by.

Yes, the Resistance knife guy is one of the type of bodies that have something special, just like the robbers of the Postal Vaults truck near Stenudden lighthouse, who all had two magnums in their cold dead hands.
The knife guy might have thought he had the skills of a Hidden one from Assassin’s Creed, doing a swan dive in a pile of leaves and live.
That must be such an easter egg.
Didn’t think of it yet, but yeah.
How do you know he’s part of the resistance?
He’s wearing resistance apparel.
Or he didn’t consider that the airport would be much less frequented after the robotic apocalypse and died waiting for the truck driver to return to finish loading.
when tanking down a tank 
sometimes it’s hard to tell which way they will fall, poor guy probably saw the tank fall, leg went one way, so he thought, jumped in wrong direction, & leg changing tradectory speed etc
kids in the 1980s use to play in the leaves kids don’t do that anymore, safety issues etc, I wonder if one of those safety issues got this guy, who knows, 
maybe a raccoon animal something snuck in the leaves scaring the guy jumping out from hiding spot just to visible himself to a deadly robot, lol
We can find several bodies in water, but this one is somewhat more special, because it was added after Pontus (dev) fell of that very cliff during a GZ-Stream.
BTW, I have another interesting body (or non body) for you to think about. 
At the camping site on top of Björknäskogen in Iboholmen we find 5 tents and 2 of those are closed, 3 tents are open and empty. There also are 3 bikes.
On the grounds around the camping site I can only find 3 civilian bodies.
I assume that the 3 open tents and 3 bikes belong to the 3 civilians.
So what’s up with 5 tents?
Two bikes missing, two tents closed, so the missing two people have been somewhere else…
True. And if we look around in the area we can find two bikes at the cairn on the path to the little island with the stone heart shape. They were probably ambushed by the Prototype hunter, and escaped to that little island and stayed the night (sleeping bags). What happened? there are two clues, there’s no blood at the site where they stayed, and they left later without taking their stuff.

In the category “The type that is a specific person (they have a name).” I like the scene from the mission “Not Alone”, where three resistance fighters from Anita’s group met their maker when they were searching for resources to make the cable-ferry to Himfjäll work.
Inside the office we find Nisse on the ground shot in the back next to a walkie-talkie. We pick that up and talk to Anita to finish to job of making a makeshift Pulley for the boat to work.
While talking to Anita, we hear Benny ask:
“Hey you there! Did you see Björn? Or Charlotte? Nisse? What happened there?”
then Anta replies: "I think it’s pretty clear what happened… Damnit… Okay, then you’ll need to fix the boat yourself.”

I’m sure you are observant enough, even though he isn’t the only one who is carrying a big backpack on his back. I know of at least on more body who has a big backpack on his back. This is however still a very special one, because there are only two, as far I know. So you must have seen this other body after you seen the one at Helgaryd?
The are also at least 2 bodies to be found with small backpacks on their backs.
