What type of dead body you find the most interesting?

That I didn’t remember either.

The couple, think it was mentioned somewhere by third or maybe second person.
We had found the couple at the beginning, but later when we were back in the region we ran on the explanation to the couple. There were several such farewells in notes and messages in various forms to loved ones as “fillers” to the main and side stories.
I guess I even remember parts of it because it was probably one of the last, if not the last, I found.

I think you mean the older couple Riikka and Börje. Found in the messages in the bottles.

Or Janek & Basse Found in Survivor notes

Or it’s in Collections/ Love letters. That’s the only one I did not transcribed yet.
See if you can find what you remembered…

Edit: I transcribed the Love letters now, but no mention of a suicide in them.

Going little off topic, but this is a thing with GZ that make it a bit
different from most other games.

Visited the place, but the difference is what makes things a bit unique.

You mean the color of the NPCs clothes?
I have that too that one moment a guy wears a yellow jacked and later he wears a different color.

I have trouble understanding this sentence above, could explain what you mean with third or second person? Do you mean the couple was mentioned by three or two people?

If I remeber, it was a note written by either the second person of the two, or a third person who told what the two did.

Been reading the “messages in the bottles” you linked (that quest has bugged out for me… Only have 7 of 10). And Survivor notes, and most of the letters in Collections that connect to the Archipelago but nothing I can connect to those two.

i think Kenneth the apple killer guy, does creepy things like that, it’s a creepy art for some like Kenneth, with apples & dead bodies in certain ways, I don’t know

Good Morning Cade.

These two bodies were here long before we ever seen the apple rituals. And as I told earlier I distinctly remember that they had a wine bottle with them. That’s why I asked the community if they also remember that and maybe even made a picture. Then there another sort of evidence, because I saw this as a double suicide with poisoned wine and that’s why I labeled it on the map as “Last drink”. It been on the map ever since I started with that.

I was kinda hoping that @Saazm’s memory would have payed of. But I still haven’t found a suicide piece of Lore. But even though this is not very important, I am not giving up yet. It’s part of my enjoyment of this great game. :coffee:

At least I remember such a suicide by poison scene, too, but I don’t remember if it was there or somewhere else. :man_shrugging:

Hej Mad, There was once the idea that the Ljuset bodies near Annagruvan were a suicide pact by poison, because there were glasses. I believed that too. But now, after taking a closer look, they all have bloody bullets wounds. It is more likely they were killed.

For a long time I belived that the party at Stentorpet was a “last party” sort of.
But then the stage of the party went through some minor changes with later updates, so I don’t know anymore.

Last party? Yeah could be. It’s often too hard to pinpoint what exactly happened. Btw, the party was in the Vastra Mark farm house.
Normally when machines do the killing we find bullet holes in the walls. There are two dead runners there but it seems that they were killed before they could riddle the house with bullets. Someone must have killed them before they could do that. There are effigies of they same kind we have seen at the Orchard of the apple rituals scenes.

So it could be that the party was interrupted by a human killer. The party-goers probably had no weapons, so they ran for their lives. I counted 4 bodies, 2 near the Vastra Mark house, and 2 on top of Hackeberget mountain, Probably a couple escaped.

We need more information. That’s why I wish we would get more Lore snippets to give us more information about what really was going on with all kinds of scenes, instead of always staying in a Story state filled with uncertainty.

You’r right, Stentorpet is the location next to it for the Resistance/Fnix base.

Think it was with the Resistance update it got a refresh that removed and changed things.
Before it was staged as possible mass suicide scene and I don’t think there was any other references of any sort to Västra Mark?

Here an example of the “Hidden” or “Easier to miss” type. Especially at night time. This military soldier is probably part of the tank platoon a bit further up. He was wounded and made it to the broken trees and died there, alone.

This cop is a hidden one, inside one of the cabins at Kopparviken, Himfjäll.
You need to peek through the outside(?) barricaded window to discover the body.
So how did it end up inside the cabin?

Nice one!

She must have used the travel function of a field radio.

Edit: Here another peek at a hidden one in Haga.

Btw, if you know, or run into a body that is just in the middle of nowhere, please note where that is and post it.

Here’s a Military soldier who is displayed dramatically. Crushed by a tank’s leg.

I’ve always found the case of the knife guy at Överby Air Base F23 a curious one. It looks like he was hiding in the pile of leaves and a jump scare went wrong, or he simply died while waiting for someone to walk by.

Yes, the Resistance knife guy is one of the type of bodies that have something special, just like the robbers of the Postal Vaults truck near Stenudden lighthouse, who all had two magnums in their cold dead hands.

The knife guy might have thought he had the skills of a Hidden one from Assassin’s Creed, doing a swan dive in a pile of leaves and live.

That must be such an easter egg.
Didn’t think of it yet, but yeah.

How do you know he’s part of the resistance?
