The game is full of glitches like this one, objects clipping into eachother, blocked loot boxes, floating objects. It shows they were in a hurry. But I think it’s a secondary problem. They should fix the game breaking bugs and broken quests first so that the game becomes playable.

I had to go around. The area is a mission area, so needs to be fixed ASAP.
