Please add some info about the system you use and in which situations it freezes.

Xbox one and yes it crashes

Still think you need to provide some more information about the crashes, like when, single player or multiplayer etc. there is a form you can use to report bugs like this.

Look my reading and writing is not the best in the world I’m doing my best yes it’s in multiplayer and single player when it crashes and a lot of other people are complaining about it too they don’t have access to this app

Don’t worry. You were right to post here too.

Devs suggest that we either post here on the forum, or at https://support.generationzero.com/. I previously did both when I though it was useful to post on the forum, but I prefer to send bug reports privately.

Also, the Support website has a form that helps you, plus it has knowledge base entries about how to try to fix crashes and about how to report them efficiently.
