Its on Himfjäll island, eastern part of the map, north of archipelago region.
You’ll need the Alpine Unrest DLC to get there tho…

Because himjfall is north of archipelago
The top of the map is not himjfall, but there is a mission next to the broken bridge

No, its not where your map is pointing, its about the middle of that island, a bit to the east from its center, at the top of the big mountain.
Its name is Björntunet.

The hotel is visible on the last map image from tomgzero.
From his red marker, look northwest, its the safehouse icon, with a camera icon just north/north-east of the safehouse.
