I picked a an exceptional Magnus with an exceptional scope. It was just laying out in the open. Pretty cool setup, but I am trying to tell my kids where I found it and for the life of me cannot remember. It may have even been part of a mission, maybe at a gun range. Anyone else found this?
If I remember correctly, it is at Normyrra Artillery base, outside the FOA2 complex. See coordinates here:

Yeah I think its outside the giant hexagon at one of the military bases. Edit: .yeah its outside the FOA2 complex on a shelf in the building on you right when your looking at the door.

Right! We are working the countryside right now, not completing missions but mapping all the safehouses. We have hit so many it is easy to forget where you were. Thanks all.
It was at the gun range north of St. Maria church. It is found on the ground next to a dead man.

There is also a Dilapidated Scoped magnum on the starting island(archipelago) coordinates 2870.060, 3236.137,beware there are some “nasty” surprises nearby
