It’s a robot, they’re trying to blend in but haven’t figured out colors yet.
Quite frankly I think it should be put in game!
Quite a while ago, it was asked in the dev stream if it would be possible to add birds and other wildlife to the game, to make game world more alive/natural. Devs responded to that, basically saying that consoles limit what they can or can not put into the game.
