Why can´t open the Green Houses at the Bunkers?

Hi, why can not open the green Houses by the Bunkers? ALL LOCKED!!! Where is the Key for the Green Doors? i have not one opened at the Game, thats not normal?

This is normal. You need lock picking skill and lockpicks.
