Anytime I destroy a Reaper it only will give like FOA exosuit or experimental clothes, I don’t know why but now it seems impossible to get experimental Weapons.
Did you destroy it or did it selfdestruct?
For normal experimental weapons I recommend killing rivals instead of the reaper. Mostly outside the regions of where you want to spawn a reaper at regularly.
For experimental sledgehammer you need to kill reapers… But it takes some luck. It took me about 3 years until I got one.
And? Do you use it. 
I got it fairly early on after fighting a few reapers, but really only used it once.
No, but I have it
Just used it once for a base assault for fun.
