X box S no progress saved

Single play gen z on X box S after recent update not saving progress even after a few hours play Goes back to earlier character version and all base assault defense rivals etc all gone. Nothing new saved in storage I have to repeat the same missions over and over only to have everything lost I keep it open as long as I can but nothing is preserved downloads work ok but I can make no further progress Very annoying

Hey,

You should write in complete sentences. It’s hard to read.

  1. Did you try to reinstall the game?
  2. Do you always quit the game when you end playing or do you use quick resume functions with power saving mode of the console or something similar?

Last one isn’t really supported by the game and may cause issues.

You should always quit the game to main menu and then close the game app completly.
