I picked up the Back on Track mission from the green building to the west of Muskudden safehouse location. I believe this area might be called the naval base? Anyhow - I picked it up off a table in a green building after walking to the deepest part of the Muskudden Port Complex. It then gave me the option to press Y and get more information about the mission in the mission log - however, when I opened it - nothing happened and the quest does not show up in the log
