Whenever i try playing generation zero theres a message saying that it cannot log in to my xbox account. Ive tried logging in and out on the xbox app and other games on the app work fine. Just not generation zero

Did you try the following little tricks to get it work?

Restart the Console

Uninstall and reinstall the game (Make sure you backup your save file )

I never touched an xbox but can you manually try to logout completly and then log in manually?

Is there an error code you could share by any chance for the devs?
