Platform: xbox series x

Description: when pressing y on the controller while just walking around and playing takes me to log/ tutorials/ skill respecialization tab in the menues. If I force quit the game and go back in and load it up it works fine for a while but at some point it starts happening again.

Steps To Reproduce: just press Y to swap weapons and it takes me that menue

Does it happen while doing missions / base defense?

Sometimes there is a small info box in the upper left with three commands.Something like:

  1. Open log (triangle/Y)
  2. Follow (cross/A)
  3. Dismiss (circle/B)
