Banner Topic - Your feedback wanted!

Hi,
So you may have noticed that there’s now a topic stuck on the top of your forum tab until you close it. This is because the Staff has noticed that this:
READ BEFORE POSTING - How to Make a Bug Report?
topic is not pinned for us anymore.
Since it is the most important instruction on here, I’ve made it a banner post for now.
It should be gone after you press the big “X” in the top right corner of it.

I’d like some feedback from the community:

  • Is the topic I linked pinned normally for you in the bug-reports subforum? Or do you only see it in the banner part (I’d like feedback on that from both regulars and no-title-wielders)
  • Are you okay with this being there?
  • Does it STAY closed after you’ve refreshed/reopened your browsers?

it is important to have imho (not annoying as it can be dismissed ) , and after clicking the big X and refreshing it does not return on my client ( latest chrome win 10 )

It is not pinned for me. I use Windows 10 (2004 update) and Google Chrome Version 87.0.4280.66 (Official Build) (64-bit).

Yes, it´s fine, and it´s more efficient this way.
Now people know better how to post about bug reports, and being a very buggy game it happens almost daily.

It stays closed, no longer appearing for me.
At least it will be useful for that occasional new member that only comes to report a bug.
