Bots Appear out of nowhere and disappear while fighting

Bots will appear from nowhere even in my field of view or when I am fighting something (i had a harv spawn when I was already fighting 2 tanks so I could farm a rival harvs hunters) or bots will straight up despawn (hunters I was farming disappeared only to reappear and disappear when I would get a killing blow on them). EVEN THE RIVAL I WAS FIGHTING DISAPPEARED FOR A SECOND!

system specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
Radeon RX 570 (manufacturer: Power Color)
32 gigs of ram
